Journey to Interlaken
... it had to wait for 5 or 10 minutes for another train to pass, saying to “please excuse them for the delay.” Being Swiss, the train was still only 1 minute late in the end. We are now the best part of halfway through our holiday. We thought we'd share some general observations. Firstly, we've ballsed up our shoe choice. Dave was led to believe that the shoes he bought for walking while away were a good choice - they are essentially business shoes - He'd be better off having worn those incredibly comfortable wedding shoes. “ Staying here for a second time ”

This hotel has a retro-feeling. Rooms are very spacious and have stunning views over the mountains. Breakfast are buffet style and very good. Service also very good. Undercover parking available. Burgerbad baths are walking distance from the hotel.
