Christmas Markets!
... past when a show was on. Guys were on unicycles doing really cool tricks, some even with fire. A small group of girls did an ice skating dance routine which was pretty good.
We were going to try and make it out to the Olympic skate ring while we were here so Dan could throw on some ice skates for the first time, but didn't quite work out for us, which is unfortunate, as that would have been heaps of fun.
There is not a hell of a lot to see here in Innsbruck, so ...

... here they might as well keep it open. 38 Euro for the room which is fantastic compared to that other rip-off hotel and I get breakfast in this one!!
Tomorrows plan is to get about half way to Amsterdam and stopover somewhere along the way. It’s about 600 miles to Amsterdam and could be done in a day but it’s not worth it as I would miss the 17h30 ferry to Newcastle and would have to stay in Amsterdam another night anyway.
