Cards Against Humanity... Take it with a grain of salt and hope to god that nobody is easily offended, or this certainly is not the game for them.. A card game where the objective is to 'answer' a question from the dealer with a card from their own hand, aiming to provide the most funny, awkward and inappropriate combination to win the round. I highly recommend Karlsruhe as a really nice, relaxed place to visit (not just because of the pizza) and somewhere that is a nice mix of big city and the calmness of a town.
