    We watched the bands march through the town, finally congregating in front the Lindon cafes. Here they stood in the rain and played in turn, then marched back into the city. The whole occasion was watched over by a large crowd of Greeks, both from Corfu and the mainland, who braved the rain and cheered the bands. It was definitely worth getting out of bed for. ...

    On April 2 at about 7 am we headed to Corfu!! We first got on a bus which was a four hour ride to the ferry port. It was all a little hectic getting our cabin assignments for the ferry, but we finally got on. We got on the ferry, which was just a large cruise ship and it was actually really nice. We got some lunch then headed to the roof of the boat to drink some wine and play some games! The boat ride went very fast ...
