... there was room for everyone. The costumes and the sets were very striking and colourful all except one scene where they had tried to paint some mountains but these were not very realistic at all and Leigh could have done a much better job!

... Couple are on their honeymoon and had arrived in Milan that morning, they have no Euros just a credit card, sorry no card, no time to get to a cash machine, so I signed him on a Rockwell Finance Get Out of Trouble Loan Contract and he was able to buy his ticket.

... it, so they recommended a cafe further along the lakeside. 20 minutes walk later, we were sitting there, drinking our coffees and cokes, and watching the swans and ducks on the lake. A short walk further to the next ferry stop - and the heavens opened again, only this time it was torrential. Once on the ferry we could barely see the shore!

... flew through in about 2 cars!!! Varese is a small town, with a small lake and an international rowing regatta. No rooms in town at all. Had lunch in a lovely cafe and drove to see the lake. Couldn't really find a place to park, but managed to see some of the boats. Found a hotel in Gallarate that looked like a good place to train to Milan tomorrow.  Kind of a dumpy hotel, but everything was booked.  ...
