    ... quickly before going outside to find a taxi. We found the taxi quickly but the taxi ride was long. When we stopped for a traffic light, 4 girls ran up to the window and started waving.They asked what my name was and dad said it was Bella but they couldn't understand him so the taxi driver said that it was 'bee-la' and then the girls go 'ahh beela.'     Manila is a very big bustling city with clogged roads full of insane drivers, mopeds and tuktuks weaving amongs each other. Generally pavements are either very small, full of holes, crowded with street vendors or are utterly non existant meaning pedestrians must brave the edges of these roads, keeping eyes wide open for vehicles swerving in their direction. I was quite impressed to spend two days around the town without getting hit!

    I responded in the only way I knew how, "Okay, just stay near the floor and stay close to your family. The houses can be fixed, just stay safe. Pray! I love you all" and "Just stay in the center, stay low. Lock the doors and cover the windows. Stay with your family. Pray, it will all be ok."

    On descent many high rises were visible. Cebu is probably one of the most famous and popular tourist destinations and a haven for holiday makers unlike Zamboanga which I had just visited.



    The skyline had so many high rise buildings and was much more developed than the other parts of the Philippines I had visited on Mindanao ...

    ... We met our friends and have a short talk while dining in Royal Krua Thai, a Thai restaurant inside the mall.

    DAVAO. We left at 0900H in Mactan Airport and arrived in Davao after an hour. We continuously traveled for 6 hours more by passenger van to Mlang via Kidapawan.

    After days of travel, adventures, and fun. We felt that our bodies needed to relax and rest.
