... me it was 10h30 and not 9h30 as I thought it was. However my satnav was also telling me it was 10h30 and that normally changes automatically so my body clock must be a hour behind!!!

After 100 miles of motorway I stopped at some services and had a look at my phone and it was the same as my body clock and I soon found out it and I were both wrong. I had set my phone alarm for 7am this morning which of course was 8am and so I was running ...

A travel blog entry by lauren-brendan on Sep 29, 2013

... but is definitely over working for Contiki and partying every second night. We made our way back to our cabin and tidied up our packs (way too soon) to be ready for the bus in the morning. Had we known how amazing Lauterbrunnen was before we came, we might have booked a few more days in now. But that's the beauty of the trip, moving on and seeing new towns all the time. So we have to keep going and make sure we make the most of the last few stops on our trip. Good night ...

This morning, we had an early start and headed up into the town to grab a train. The train took us 2 hours up into the mountains, to the very top of Jungfraujoch. This is referred to as the 'Top of Europe', as it's the highest-altitude point in all of Europe, achieving 3454m of awesome height. It's sooooo high.. Like above the clouds. Sweet right? My ears popped. It was like being on a ...
