I met Ruth and JJ in the station and we set off into Wengen, JJ to use his 'run slides', which he used on the Saas Fee trip, and Ruth and I to put our skis in for service. The ski shops here offer an overnight service and it is a better price than in the UK.

... the restaurant were feeling rather embarrassed with
their managers actions. As someone said it was like staying in a 4 star hotel
and being treated like we were 1 star guests and for sure there will be many
complaints after his cheeky actions.
Dinner finished it was time to check out my photos of todays takings and
try and get some sleep.
Tomorrow we will hopefully take a train to the Swiss capital of Bern and
travel the streets of the city aboard a steam tram.

... and enjoyed the tour of the glacier. It was a great beginning of our day. On the way back we went down the other side and stopped at another town on the way down and took a hike and saw some nice waterfalls. It was a long day but a day to remember and well wortth what we paid for the adventure. Tomorrow we head to Zurich to continue our adventure in Switzerland. Will have more to share as we travel along on this European ...
