Arrived in Budapest after a long flight. The Viking Skadi is a beautiful longboat. Budapest is a magnificent city and well deserves the title of "Paris of Eastern Europe". The visit to the Duheny St. synagogue and Holocaust museum was very moving. The night sail leaving Budapest heading for Slovokia was ...

We had a very pleasant run back to the Visegrad (opposite side of the bank). We had coffee ...

It is now just a ruin and unfortunately we were not able to explore it, but we were able to have lunch at a popular restaurant high on the hill and close by. While eating, we were serenaded by a trio comprising 2 violins and double bass who wandered from table to table playing a mix of music from Brahms Hungarian Dances to pop tunes, ...

... the boozer, where we proceed to get very inebriated (again).
Whilst in the bar, we meet more locals who insist we are their guests (prisoners) and want to buy us drinks (torture us).
We end up going back to another locals house for (more) drinks when the bar shuts. Here we end up staying for the night as we are 1.lost, 2.rat-***** and 3.hostages.

In the morning, they miraculously let us go, we ...
