    ... dominant building. We didn't go through this one but it was very impressive from the outside. We started out with a walk around the city (the old part of the city with all the sights is not very big) before meeting everyone for lunch.     ... best place in the world to grab gelato may have something to do with it as well. The shoe shopping ended up being a lot of fun and we both felt it was an appropriate thing to do in Italy. I bought my first pair of Ecco shoes for my first Europe trip and they were so comfortable that they quickly became my favorite. My new pairs fit even better than the old ones.     ... dinner soon and our passieggiata serale (evening stroll). We've all packed our bags ready for a mid morning departure for Venice. Sis and I are excited about this surprise for Mum; she thinks we're heading off to Siena. Four days in Venice will be very special. We plan on taking a Gondola ride and we will use the water taxi to get around. A visit to St Mark's and The Doge's Palace will be definites for us all, as well as a visit to the gardens.

    ... tower is totally weird/cool. We had a quick photoshoot near it and then went for lunch where we got a meal deal for like 9 euros so we were happy. Well except Emily got yet more caffine in her coke and hated life and then some poor unfortunate man tried to sell her tissues and she blasted him in a restaurant full of people.
