    Two weeks done already! Headed to Teaching Hospital early as had been told we were to meet with nurse & medical directors and some of the medical faculty to present our protocols.     It is now clear to us why the beef was tough as Anton. It was not a cow, but buffalo (water buffalo). And for sure not a calf, it was a buffalo from the retirement home.
