We have a free morning to wash, pack up and do some sight seeing. Come 2pm we're on a bus for around 2 hours back to Paris. Happy to be on a bus than having to walk it again. We're staying with the Sisters of the Sacred Heart at the Sacre-Coeur Basilica in Montmarte, Paris. This basilica sits on the highest point in ...

Last week it was cold & rainy. This afternoon we are sailing back to Paris... Some are touring Versailles & we will pick them up along the river somewhere. I'm enjoying my panoramic windows open and listening to the birds & ...

The other was accompanied by a nice cup of tea, and the baguette became lunch after another 15km cycle ride and a swim for Mystique, it's the first time she has been able to reach the water as she needs a beach because she won't jump in. The girls were the talk of the locals who ...

... in the morning as one might think though with sensible European time at 0830. 0950 now and we are sitting in the sun, albeit inside after our usual breakfast and coffee, no croissant this morning just good old French chocolate spread on baguette! An Aire full of English motorhomes this time and all heading South except Sue and I with ...
