    So we're now on route to Ljubljana capital of Slovenia. Our 4th Capital city this trip and 8th country crossed. We're 6 miles short of 1500miles into our trip and it's been amazing so far.     This evening we went on an excursion to Kumrovec, the hometown of Joseph Broz (also known as "Tita"). Tita was the elected president of the former Yugoslavia.  We learned that there are many in the 6 provinces of the former Yugoslavia that still have fond memories of Tita.  They are quick to point out that he was a socialist, not a communist, and truly wanted the best for his people.  He grew up very poor in a peasant community.  The poor ...
