... the movie is based on a book which I have read during my travels so I decided to watch it. The movie is slightly less confusing than the book but still not the simplest story line to follow. Still haven’t decided whether I like it (book or movie) or not.

The second day I spent time going to the UN building, only seeing if from the outside. You can book to do tours of the building but I didn’t have my passport on me for ID so settled ...

So this morning I think we discovered Riley has an allergy. It seems he is allergic to kiwi's. This morning for part of his breakfast I gave him some kiwi. While he was eating it his right hand got quite red. He was acting a little fussy but still eating it so I figured it was just that he woke up too early. Breakfast in room, picked up our tickets from the train station and changed some money from CHF to Euro. Walked to lake Geneva, took a boat ride on the lake - very cold out on the lake. Lunch at Burette Les Bains, a hidden gem on Lake Geneva. Walked to Old Geneva Town then back to our room for a ...

... it was definitely worth it. We saw the Reformation Wall, International Organizations quarter, old town, and St. Pierre Cathedral. We stopped at Maison Tavel for to see a model of historical Geneva. It was interesting to see the barriers between Switzerland and other countries. Emily was very knowledgeable and told us all the history and stories of Geneva.

I would most definitely want to go back to the Alps and Geneva again one day and experience more of it!
