    I've loved staying on the boat. I had my own room which looked over the water. At times it felt like I was the only person there. There are two decks and a big lounge room, which is styled like the 1950s, with old style radios and phones to boot.

    ... by the weather which was lovely for the first few hours following our arrival by ferry at the end of the pier and I even fell asleep on the fine, pale sandy beach for a while and dipped my toes in the Baltic Sea.     Here is H34 aka Orp Blyskawica, a British built destroyer that landed somehow in the hands of the Polish Navy. This ship took part in all the navy campaigns during WW2: Provence and Normandy landings, Atlantic battle, convoys escorts in the North Sea and so on.
