      ... street complete with a tartan winter jacket. All of them on their own. Because people dont have yards in the old town centre they just kick them out for a walk or certainly some live on the streets. Although many seem lethargic and not very healthy maybe with worms or something, I haven't seen any that are particularly thin.       ... and have been living in a van for 12 years also arrived in Silves yesterday. So we have booked to go out for Christmas lunch together so we wont feel quite so lonely.

      ... sunshine and beach time. We spent quality time with Hugo (a guide/hostel manager) as we, again, were the only ones in the hostel. He took us on a cave hunt/cliff walk, led us to our coveted hole in the wall breakfast joint, gave us a glimpse into his new "urban" tour of the street art and history of Lagos and capped it all off with a spectacular day of kayaking in and around the cliffs and caves of Lagos. Definitely one of the highlights of my whole life! ...
