... the sucker ( literally) out by his head, washed thoroughly with warm soapy water and applied a topical antibiotic to the site. I had my queries answered at ATT and started home. I couldn't resist running into Rite Aid as I passed in front of it. I asked the pharmacist if there was something else I should do. " Yes, he said. Get yourself to a doctor and get an antibiotic immediately." But I was leaving for Spain at 5. " All ...

Today a group of us returned from our trip to the Picos de Europa, in the northern coast
of Spain. The Picos de Europa is a
national park located right next to the beach, with amazing cliffs and lots of
wildflowers growing. There, you can find huge mountains and the most beautiful
landscape. In order to get to the national park, we rented a car and drove for
5 hours on Sunday the 31st of May. If you like road trips, this is ...

Oviedo is full of statues and sculptures and this is one of them scattered around.

    Next stop is ...

It was a rainy morning. We thought about possibly squeezing in one short hike before leaving Picos de Europa but hmm it’s a no-go. We had breakfast and packed our belongings. When we opened the door to load things to our car, there she was, the little cat was waiting for us. Awwww… She jumped into our room and walked around us meowing. I wish we could take her home!!!! We went to the owner to say good-bye and also recommended her to post ...

First days in Oviedo have been a little weird. The city is supposedly small but I'm still pretty much completely lost wherever I go excluding a few places. Although if you go up to a park above my apartment you can see the snow covered cordilleras (mountains) and it's pretty beautiful. I can't wait until the weather is warmer and less rainy so I can go on hikes. Other than that, I'm just trying to get used to living in ...
