... and the Krazy Kanguruh, however the slopes were a lot busier and also icier. Don't get me wrong - the skiing/boarding is still great.
On the other hand, the Lech side (Lech, Zug and Zurs) seemed to have the better slopes - wide, open, not too crowded, and much more powder.
So you really have to decide what you prefer more...

... this as the place my mate Andy and I managed to reach during our trip to the Alps in May!! However we were heading up the pass then and that was as far as we got as the pass was closed and blocked by snow after that!!

Wow we were so lucky with yesterday's weather, woke up this morning to miserable rain that pretty much stayed around all day. We didn't do much at all, in fact I never left skippy! We're headed to Nauders, Austria to begin our trek to Piengalm. This is what an old alm looks like. It was drizzling off and on during the trek to and from. The alm serves some unbelievable fresh milk. The old man (58) is great for taking photos of. He is very animated. After we left the alm (full) we ran into him again. He was looking for a missing cow. The bull and the new dog didn't do their job when they were herded in earlier in the day. No food for the bull ...
