En plus, il y avait du monde qui en avait bien plus besoin que moi.

Well, we get to O'hare and there is a long line. So, when I am checking my bag in, they can't get my bag to Buenos Aires, the computer system won't let them, because it's a different day or something. So after much trying, they said I will have to leave the terminal and pick up my bag, go to the counter for the airline and get tickets and check my bag!
Horrible.
The flight to Mexico City was ...
... rooms are like studios with models and drawings everywhere. Fiana, their daughter, is going to school at a local university and plays basketball.
My dad told me not to challenge her in a game of one-on-one because I shouldn't try to make her feel bad.
I don't think my dad understands how bad my jump shot has gotten since high school. Oh well. He likes to dream big! :)
My roommate, Nilofar, is from Sweden and ...
... museum but didnīt go in. When we got back to the house Katrina wasnīt in and of course weīd no key......thank goodness for a bendy body, in through a tiny bathroom window I went. We met Katrina and went for our first dose of local Mexican food in a place called Fonda san Angel - we had some enchillada type things with piles of guacamole and lime on everything.
We had some dinner with Katrina and Edgar, supposed to be a barbque but ...

You would be surprised how many people brought a CD after hearing a few floor fillers getting a everyones feet tapping and then the big hitters such as los tigres del norte (the tigers of the north, a group that has to be seen to be believed, a group of middle aged gut busters with the biggest slug lips ever. who "whoo" the ladies in from below their comboy hats, teasing them with a generous view of ...

Mexico City, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast, Mexico flitterjahr... we were fine to pass. Another close call in the airport. Our flights first to Mexico City via Panama went without a hitch. That was until we disembarked in Mexico City, where we were to undergo another extremely stressful airport experience. Both Nicki and I walked up to the immigration desk and presented the lady with our passports who suspiciously scanned through them and promptly disappeared with them for about 20 minutes. The longer we waited for these passports ...
Mexico City, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast, Mexico vermaakjeanne... with but soon got repetative with each room about a slightly diferent tribe but with essentially the same exhibits. Arriving back at the hostel the two of us joined some of the friends I had made the night before on an evening out at the wrestling, "Luche Libre" (free fighting). It was great just like WWF but up close and with a feeling of normaility because it happens here three times a week. After the wrestling some of the girls were going to a strip club and we decided ...
Mexico City, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast, Mexico martin84... and it was really fun to watch until I got asked to dance...twice. Needless to say, I didn't learn how to Salsa in college and really stink at it. Even better is fitting 6 drunken people into a tiny taxi back home. Drunken white people apparently get the shaft taking taxi rides in Mexico City and we were charged over twice as much as we should have been. AFTER that experience I read in our travel book that you should settle the price of a taxi before climbing in...
