    ... extremely colorful.

The weather was stunning, hot and clear and we decided to
spoil ourselves with a Pizza in the sun at one of the many restaurants.

And then back onto the train for the return trip to Sion and
our camp where we spent the late afternoon swimming in the local lake and
    sucking on a few “frosties”.

    Our first real “RELAXING DAY”.

    Day 21. Pyramids of Euseigne

Time to move again, so we packed up camp and left Martigny
for Sion whereafter finding parking at the station we caught a bus up the
mountain to visit the Pyramids De Euseigne. The bus dropped us in the town of
Euseigne and we walked back along the road to view the Pyramids.

one of the most unusual natural formations that I have ever seen. These
formations were formed when a glacier split into two ...

We dumped our gear at our hotel and went for a lunch of pizza on the Main Street and watched the throngs meander by. A couple of women sat nearby and they were a hoot! Probably in their ...

    stunning.

And so back to our patiently waiting bikes and back to camp
for a well-deserved beer and supper of braaied chicken wings……with skin.

Swiss meat is funny. None of it has fat. All the fat from
every cut is removed by the butcher and one cannot buy any meat in the shops
that has fat on it. Very sad state of affairs, and so we buy chicken with skin
on it so as to satisfy our craving for delicious cooked animal fat.

... Zinal. After a couple of hours of sitting on the mountain in the rain, we gave it up and went back down to the Hotel de La Poste and spent much of our time working on our photos. Even the ones you have seen before are better so here they are!
