      ... 8217;t. They ask something about an appointment (I think; it was in Italian) and I hand over the name of the dentist I was told who worked here and reportedly spoke English.

      One of the woman gets a form – standard first admission I guess – and beckons me to follow.

      We go downstairs, spiral ones to boot, and she beckons a chair and says something like ‘a moment’.

      I wait about 4-5 minutes and she returns, and in English ...

      ... huge old building an early shopping arcade, the Castello Sforzesco- a 15th century walled village for the aristocracy of Milan, now a museum and art gallery. My favourite was the art gallery- amazing building and the paintings and other art was very impressive. History visit out of the way we hit the shops, have to say the grand kids came off well!
