Looking out from the castle walls, set high above the surrounding countryside, the views are nothing short of breathtaking then having a coffee in one of the small cafes in the streets of the old town below the castle gave time to reflect and think of the events that had taken place, the battles, the family lives, all over half a millennium ago.

... We were there for the riding so we weren't too concerned, although didn't see a lot of hills on the way there, it was a bit flat looking. When we checked into the hotel, Donnas's "buon giourno's" were met with London panache. It was England in the sun. Not quite what I had expected. But my attitude soon changed.
