Mantova is nestled into a c-shaped lake, giving it some really wonderful trails to bike around on (especially at sunset). I rode around on them until dusk and then headed into the centre of the city which I then had to walk most of it due to the cobblestones and how widely placed they were. There was really only a ...

... is used for concerts in good weather. We did not tour the interior or ramparts as there is on-going construction. From the arena, we strolled Via Mazzini, the high end shopping street of Verona. Gucci, Prada, etc can be found here. Great looking Italian fashions with prices to match. Via Mazzini took us down to Piazza Erbe where there was an open market set up selling fruits and vegetables, souvenirs and clothing accessories (hats, scarves, gloves). ...
