... one another. Cars up on car hoists- you name it, it was happening. What happens if you want your car? No can do it's at the back- they have to move 8 cars - like Russian Roulette. Mark states there is no way he's leaving the car keys with these guys. They look at him like his an idiot! In the end capitulation- there's no other hotel with car parking facilities! ... of the mountains for a 25 euro parking fee and just walk around them. The walk is not difficult and does not go up or down a lot. So it is relatively easy. There are certain places where if one suffers from vertigo, then should pass them without looking down too much. However it is not a "via ferrata" where one is climbing on some chains hammered into the side of the mountain.

Four days flew by and it was time to move on further south to the coast close to Comacchio by the Adriatic ...

All I can say about today is, I am very grateful for the help of the lady, for the gentleman that gave up his seat for me and for the two young men that gave up their seats for these two people. Jess and I would not have made it to our destination without the generous nature of all of these people even if the two young men only did it out of frustration. I guess these guys names can be added to the list of unknown soldiers that should be remembered ...

... s navigating we went to a small town called 'Lipica'. I got overly excited when I saw that here is one of the oldest stud farms in the world and the birth place of the Lipizzaner horse, and the farm has been operating since 1580. Thankfully back tracking to Lipica was easy and the drive down the long road with white fenced paddock is where I got my first look at these beautiful animals. In just one of the large paddocks was at least 40 mares and foals. I had to stop ...
