... Massive ravines and turquoise blue riverlets at the base. We managed to find our way over the causeway into Venice. Hello Italy!!! OMG! The hotel parking was a great intro to the Italisn way of life! We had to go in the exit- yes that's right ! Boom gate ? Don't worry just pull over, cause a massive traffic jam! Give us your car keys- no way says Marky! We finally get in through the exit and the dodgy brothers who run the car park have cars jammed ...

... is an advantage if one speaks the language, luckily I do speak a bit so we could order a glass of wine and some food which was just great, the taste incredibly fresh and the wine was just local but great.

This was the only place in the village where actually one could wine and dine, so we were the only tourists, surrounded by the locals who were already checking us out from the moment we stepped in the place.

Today we spent the day in the Dolomites (a beautiful mountain range in the Italian Alps). It was fun. We end up waking up one of the smaller mountains and finding some lakes. ... and the pictures we saw, Beautiful. We parked on a big gravel area along side some other campers when we arrived and took a walk down to the campsite situated right next to lake for a quick look. We then decided to walk around the whole lake looking at fish in the crystal clear water, it was lovely.
