We went into the mountain house for a sausage, cheese, bread and beer lunch, along with potato chips-- which we forgot mean french fries!! Then back outside to play, play, play. Then we hiked an hour down the mountain which was tough on the legs, but lots of fun too. Sidenote: Brady dropped his water bottle from the lift on the way up, but we found it on our hike down. ...

This was small and in Aus is it would be one lane/way only. Not here! He gave us a lovely history lesson on the way. ... to meet. After securing a map we set off down the road towards the smaller of the 2 lakes in this area. We loved that this was all downhill. We kept checking the map but somehow we did not take a track and ended up high above the lake on a road to the other end of the lake. As this was where we were intending to finish it did not seem to matter so much. Instead of strolling around the lake at lake level we were treated to views from above. Sue was foraging on the way there and ...
