... off for the mares. The guide claimed that it would be difficult for mares to preform the same way...and that the mare would be confused by being asked to do stuff a stallion would normally do. The horses are put on a 3-4 month rotation between Vienna and the training barn, where there is room for them to just be horses in the field. Today we finished up Schonbrunn Palace. When we initially visited the palace it was snowing so we agreed to do the grounds on a more hospitable day. Today was that day. ... Not long later Les decided it was too cold and wet to be out so we headed home. This decision, I'm sure, had nothing to do with the episode of Doctor Who he wanted to watch. We spent a few hours reading/eating wafers until Les decided he wanted dinner. I had by that point eaten so many wafers that I was feeling rather nauseous so I declined to join him. ... it. It didn't take long however! Once inside I headed straight to the display case full of cuff links. I found a couple of pairs that I really like, however couldn't make up my mind.
