    ... silent blocks replacement, fan belt ajustment and they charge me for 2,5 hours. Very reasonable. I think the fact that Russ has mentioned Iguana 4x4 to me in Oruro was one of the best things that could happen to an overlander. On top of that Carlos offers to spend a few days at his coffee plantation near Santa Marta on a hillside with stunning views. Then we had lunch with the Rotarians, stopped by to register for the conference, and the afternoon relaxing at the home (more like finally getting caught up with my blog and photos).     ... and take some pictures, the atmosphere was amazing. The family served us really nice chicken and some drinks. Their hospitality saw no limits when they drove us all across town to the bus terminal as the taxis refused to take us there. On the way we could see that the festival continued in every corner, every house and terrace had music, people were dancing, drinking and just had a great time.     Yesterday was the holiday, "Dia de la Imaculada", and in Barranquilla that means two things: all night dancing and partying, and little multi-colored candle-lit lanterns on the sidewalks at 4am.
