We started our day with a 22km white water raft ride and needless to say, they tried to kill me with safety. Whomever suited me with my life vest gave me one too big and it wasn't an issue (and we didn't notice too much) until we were told to test out falling into the water and get back in the boat. The journey to Undine was ...

The original itinerary included a visit to the coastal towns of Piran and Portoroz. Unfortunately, the day tour to these centres did not operate on the day I wanted so I had to make alternative arrangements using public transport. The need to rely on public transport cut down the time available for exploration so this visit will be superficial at best. However, I hope these photos will give you a feel ...

... morning, paid the bill and lunch shopping. Bobby played tennis and Charlotte went to mini club for a bit. One last dip in the sea before lunch. After lunch we went to the pool, it's definitely a good idea to dispatch the kids early to queue up as we wouldn't have got a sunbed otherwise. Charlotte managed to persuaded Daddy to buy her a new bikini (because see NEEDS ...
