... almost-non-sequiteur appearance of a museum entirely dedicated to Antoine du Saint-Exupery and the Little Prince!

The botanical garden in particular overwhelmed me with the breadth of natural beauty on display. Walking among reeds and flowers in an enormous sunlit field, I felt so keenly that I've been 'doing it wrong' with an endless slog of overtime hours and wasted PTO.

    I guess I just didn't know what I was ...

As many of you have probably seen from facebook, Gabe fully embraced tradition as he swaggered round the hotel rocking the Yukata robes. To recover from our traumatic journey we headed over to the adjacent onsen baths, heated by local hot springs, which we were able to use free of charge. Fortunately, back in Tokyo, Coco ...

After leaving Tokyo to visit Yokohama, we returned to visit some more of the capital`s central sites. This time we headed right for the middle, arriving at Tokyo station. This year is the red-brick station`s hundred-year birthday, and it stands out as slightly older in a plaza surrounded by enormous skyscrapers. We picked our way along streets of Maranouchi between the enormous buildings towards the park at the city centre, where the Imperial palace lies. Unfortunately access into ...
