Waking up to fresh cool air from the mountain in Switzerland was sensational! Kind of a lazy morning for us, almost missed our breakfast. It's wet and chilly as it had been raining since yesterday. A pretty good break from all that tight sightseeing schedule in Italy.

... pleased. As nobody could leave due to the rain, business was very brisk. After about an hour the rain stopped and we were able to set off again. The rain started again just as we made a final dash across a golf course and through a pretty little village before we reached our car. We had a long drive home and but wonderful host was still able to serve us a delicious home cooked meal at 10 pm - another late night.

Olten is a town that is near and dear to my heart. It is where my Grandfather grew up and where my Mum's Grandma Pia lived, who was like another mom to her.
