    ... we dealt with were friendly and the airport was so beautifully clean and efficient! The flight from Singapore to Zurich was 13 hours and Swiss Air were wonderful! The cabin lights were off for much of the trip and I was able to look down and see the mountainous regions of Afghanistand and surrounding countries and marvel at how little human habitation was observable from the air.     ... the only difference being how long it was matured. The cheese that was matured for 18 months was soft and had a milky taste. The cheese that was matured for 3 years was harder with a stronger taste (and was much nicer). The dairy owner explained the cheese making process.
