      Our dinner was also PHENOMENAL. I had never seen or heard of Raclette before, but it's a do-it-yourself style dinner where you put anything you want on a miniature pan and cook it underneath a small stove until the cheese fully melts onto everything you want it to.       Such amazing weather in Brugges! We woke up and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. We went to have breakfast at our hotel but it was just bread, jam and donuts for €7.50 each so we went to the super market next-door and got yoghurt, brie and melba toasts for €6 all up.
