The segment we visited is used as a street art gallery with extensive graffiti from numerous renowned artists decorating it. ... I was determined to make the most of my only full day in Dresden. I met Ullrich for my 'tour' at 9 and spent the next couple of hours wandering the city! Because he didn't know much English he had gone out and brought a guide book for me, so I knew what the places were! He did attempt some English though, and told me about the King that had 3 children with his mattress! I can only assume he meant mistress. But of course it was nice of him ...

Then went back onto the bus to the top of Meissen hill. We hadn't even seen the hill when we arrived as it was hidden in the fog, but finally the sun had come out!!! Walked with our guide Zabina, first up the hill to see the Cathedral and palace, and then down 111 steps into the market ...
