    ... and some very grand, brightly lit Christmas markets located in large squares to the Liechtenstein Summer Palace to hear a private music concert by the Palace Orchestra. It was very good then back to some Apple strudel.

    On the other side of the Danube is the 'new' Vienna where the United Nations and Atomic Energy Commission have their HQ - very different from the 'old' city.

    ... take us for a 31/2 hr trip to the train station! Off we went! Very enjoyable. The bus dropped us of and we made our way to the station! The trains a beautiful. Clean, modern, roomy and free wi-fi! What more could a girl ask for! The scenery has become increasingly more beautiful the more we have progressed!     ... is dirt cheap. It was a great find.

    We came back to the hostel and watched some of the French Open highlights from the tennis today and then the rain forced them to stop as well. Apparently it's raining all over Europe now. Stupid rain. I spent the rest of tonight chilling here and I'm hoping for better weather tomorrow. I'm also hoping to get into the city center to take some pictures tomorrow night, but that will also be weather dependant. Fingers ...

    ... main train station to our hostel, which was massive! It was the size of a major hotel! We got our things into our room, and then went next door to the grocery store (super handy) and grabbed some groceries for supper! We whipped up a delicious stir fry and enjoyed our first evening just relaxing!
