That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp! ... our tastes. On a shared table, we met some locals who recommended we go to the Main Tower, art galleries and a Vietnamese or another Italian place around the corner.

Weather cold (about four degrees?) but not wet or windy like the Netherlands.

Both really tired, having spent hours with a crying baby last night. so had a very early night. Our accommodation is small, clean and fine, but lacking in somewhere to sit and hang out. Paying 80 euros per night.

    Good-bye Germany!

Frankfurt, on the Main River, is very cosmopolitan and sometimes called Mainhatten.

Last night we were out...dinner, movie, sights. Today, we relaxed, got a massage...and went out to dinner...and a walk.

We have a very nice little AirBnB...on quaint street and neighborhood.

Tomorrow...cook breakfast, pack and get on the train to the Airport.
