    ... I had the Tagliata do vitello con sale grosso e rosmarino, which was veal with coarse salt and rosemary. It was outstanding. Two glasses of wine and I am well on my way to becoming Italian. Prior to dinner starting we had Prosecco (Italian champagne and red blood oranges. It was very good (check out picture.)     ... Assissi. Of course the home of St Francis of Assissi the town is lovely perched atop the mountain But the main attraction is the Upper and Lower cathedrals built for him that house his tomb.
