... filling up our rental for two weeks will be more than the cruise over here. Anyway, our first stop of the day was Lichtenstein Castle. We arrived as soon as they opened this morning getting the whole place to ourselves. It was glorious. Got rid of all those problem tourists, and sent those Nazi's back to work, or wherever. At least their bikes were off the road. We had the castle to ourselves for almost an hour before anyone actually showed up. It was ...

... I can't believe I was able to capture the fighter jets flying in formation as they roared overhead. We took the high path which was a little more taxing and took a bit longer. You can see the low road where we saw four cyclists encounter a cow. They passed one at a time but the last got stuck as another cow came to investigate. However, trouble happened for me afterwards since I didn't eat lunch or a big breakfast. If I didn't get good fast, I would have to take the next train off the mountain! Luckily, we found the restaurant. But, it was a Sunday so it was closed... The owner saw we were in dire need ...

... It looks so surreal. Unfortunately my camera isn't a professional one, as I would have liked to capture a photo of a snowflake that sat on the window of the Topdeck coach.

It is a place that's definitely worth a visit if you ever have the chance! Rug up nice and warm though, the weather is freezing cold!!

A stop in Pisa before arriving in Florence tomorrow. I'm excited for some great Italian food!
