... who has this fit bit thing, we must have walked at least 13Km today.

We had made arrangements to meet up with Leith and Kay at 5.30pm, who wanted to go to the 100 yen shop. This gave us enough time to have a quick shower and down to the foyer. It turned out that the 100 yen shops no longer exist as they were a few years ago. Daiso has taken over and apparently, there are two of the old 100 yen shops that we know of now. Using the single all gallery ticket it was a morning of looking at the remaining ...

... Matisse, Rouseau, Rodin etc. Just amazing. One story is Kojima being impressed by a painting by his friend Monet which he mentioned to Ohara. Ohara visited Monet who was very pleased to be asked and to have the opportunity to provide a painting to a Japanese art lover that he said he had none worthy enough and said he wold work on one for him. Monet then painted a version of Water Lilies that incorporates all of the features of the original Japanese wood ...

Okayama

... home earlier because she was feeling unwell. I still stayed in Okayama and walked around but it isn't as nice on your own as when you're together. Still I had bought a dinner somewhere to take out and I went to the castle. Near the castle you have some benches to sit on and so I had a dinner with nice view of the castle being lit up (for some reason with green light..) But even I got unwell because, probably, I had been in the sun for so long. It was still a nice day though.
