... quieter. We really liked the town and Brian could see a kiter out on the water. The wind was not great and amazingly, Brian didn't feel like kiting. We walked around for a little bit and you can see from the pictures that it was a very nice town. I was surprised to see that they were growing grapes! They had wineries there. ... 8230;again, right on schedule. We found our way out of the station and met in a public square just opposite. It was from here that maps were handed out, landmarks were pointed out and a meeting time and place was set out. The students then went off in groups to explore this old, beautiful and very clean city.
The streets are very well laid out and are easy to navigate. They are well sign posted ...

The other thing is I found a cricket today....IT'S MASSIVE LOOK AT IT. Pika was SO GROSSED OUT. hahaha. I was wondering why the crickets here were so loud...but now I know.
So I have now seen the Alps and Switzerland's massive crickets!!!

Back at the hostel I met my new room mate, a pretty awesome Canadian girl who was travelling around Europe for 3 months before doing a science course so she would be able to gain a masters degree in physiotherapy. We had a great chat about our respective countries and bonded over ultimate frisbee.
