Went for a walk down through the town for late brekky/lunch. Come back to hotel about 1300 and started to pack suit cases and get things organized for our journey up to visit Ricarda in Greifswald. Had a afternoon nap. Went down to bar at 1800 and caught up with Narelle n Gerrard from Darwin. Had tea with them in hotel and went back to their room until midnight. Great night ...

We asked in the international office what platform we needed, that our tickets were good to go and checked that we didn't need a reservation. She said everything was good, go ...

When we went back to the main building, we went out to the Top of Salzburg again and went out on some snow for a little bit. Then we went inside to warm up and have a beer. We were right next to the windows and the amazing view. It was hard to leave, but finally we did and made the long journey back down to the valley floor.

... we thought about taking a funicular down to the valley floor. But it was kind of expensive, and the views were still not that great. So we decided to just leave. That was our last stop on the road, so we headed back toward Zell am See, stopping at a couple places where the views hadn't been that great in the morning sun.

After finally coming down out of the mountains, and leaving the high alpine road, we went through a small town that was having a tractor festival. ...
