Got up at 5.30 and struggled with the suitcases down the 3 flight of stairs. Walked to Largo Di Argentina to get cab to Termini train station. Got a cab easily and it only cost 8 e. the can when we arri ed at Termini told us it would be 40-45 e! Got ther in plenty of time. Train to Milan was great. Comfortable, well organised. Only took 3 hours. Travelled through fields of sunflowers and saw the beautiful hill towns in Tuscany. Arrived in Milan ...
... the week before we went one canyoning group did snow angels at one point where we were standing but all the snow melted from the nice weather they've been having! So funny. Even with the jumping, scaling, repelling and flipping I made sure to stop and look around to all the scenery and it was surreal. I was literally inside a canyon in the Alps. No big deal :)
After we did all the final jumps we got back to our hang out spot and they gave us a celebratory beer, and cheese, ...
