... one day that my GPS was activated on the map that I had preloaded when I had Wifi. This has been hit and miss since - but loading what you need in a Wifi zone should do the trick. I was planning to get a SIM card over here for my old phone, but if I can hit so many Wifi zones I can have access otherwise. It has been easy to do that. Lots of places are open as part of their service. Even Cafe Sacher. :) (I might have had their Wifi and lunch, but... I am saving Sachertorte for Vienna...) ...

... go home. How does the traffic get around the fact that there's only one lane? They just figure it out amongst themselves as there are no traffic management systems in place. OMG! Australians would have a heart attack!

Back in Salzburg, we went to the same beautiful Italian restaurant we ate it a couple of days ago before the puppet show & the guy even remembered what drinks we ordered! Impressed!

Back to the room for a slightly earlier night than usual. ...

... meet our group for an Austrian dinner. Dinner was ok, tomato soup, Wiener schnitzel and potatoes (no veggies :-( ) and Apple strudel - we didn't think much of the strudel though but hey was an experience (No ice cream or cream). Our tour leader had told us about a Brewery where Monks brew beer (funny that huh)... And he'd take us there for a drink if we were keen. We of course thought it's not everyday you can go to a Monastery to drink Monk beer ... So we were going ...
