    ... of the old city, which at various times was occupied at first by the Lycians around 2000-3000 BC and thereafter by Greeks, Romans, etc. Lunch beckoned by the river, and after that a visit to crab fisherman (turtles eat the crabs too), turtle beach again, and then back to our boat.     ... an enquiry at the Municipal Office, we were directed to a municipal bus park with a regularly serviced ablution block. They told us to stay there “No problem. No pay. Quiet tonight.”
