    ... a beautiful Venetian cathedral and castle built for defence and to house the local governor. And made for a great day trip from split. Being so close to Italy and having been occupied by the venetians for so long, the food in this part of the country has a strong italian flavour and is really good as a result.     ... finest kind and good price. feeling better already.
    Almost at Sibenik to drop bags when phone rang and Nick (M's brother) rings to mention he and friends had had cards ripped of in USA and account cleared Feck!
    Check and we seem OK. By now hot and sweaty and still have to get to Split to get crew.
    Manage both with only minor stroke. Dins and Beers cure all.
    Tomorrow back to Sibinek and the sail commences.
    All up for it.

    ... morning, we had a pleasingly lavish breakfast, with especially good fried eggs and mushrooms with piping hot coffee.
