... were able to view Zell from above and really appreciate how lovely and picturesque the whole valley is. It's hard to comprehend that the history of this area can be traced back to 2000BCE and parts of the town walls erected in 1229 can still be seen!. Zeller Schwarze Katz is a world famous wine and a monument in the shape of a black cat was made as a fountain and is located in the town square. Tomorrow we are planning a boat trip.

Went out for tea at the campsite across the roads' restaurant and got soaked in a thunder storm. Looking forward to a busy day at Playmobile land tomorrow. Fingers crossed for better weather ☀ ...

After a pit stop along the way we found our way on to Cologne where we did a short stop to have a quick lunch and then had a look at the magnificent Cathedral "Der Kolner Dom" Wow, what a breathtaking place!!! Enormous, detailed, so very majestic and grand, I so wish my Mum ...

Wandering - day 1

... amp; spilt beer (omg, I'm old ... But that is the only way to explain it.) But the view was worth it all! As we climbed down (Vanessa going first), something dropped down!!! We apparently startled some pigeons who decided to dive bomb Vanessa! She screamed, I screamed! I am so happy she went 1st, because I would have had a heart attack! After all of that excitement - we rewarded ourselves with one scoop of ice ...
