I had planned to throw these out anyway but it seems I left them in the hotel at Mantova – so excited about wearing sandals again that I left them there. First thing I have lost this holiday so I hope this is not the start of this ...

Today was mainly a driving day. When we left Modena it was raining, then we had a lot of fog and then the traffic around Rome was horrendous but eventually we made it to my cousin Toni Rinaldi's place in Cisterna di Latina which is just south of Rome.
