... the new Hunger Games movie. Of course, it was in French. It was pretty fun and funny because I don't speak French. At one point everyone in the theater laughed and I had no idea what was going on. Good times. If you are traveling abroad and you need a rest day, I recommend seeing a movie in a foreign language. ... was getting so warm that we opted to head back to the hotel to spend a few minutes in the air-conditioned lobby (free wifi of course) before trying to find a place to have dinner. Having been on the same routine of checking various websites for reviews and then trying to work out where in town they were, we decided to just ask the monsieur at the front desk if he had any recommendations. On the way to our departure point in Vancouver we stopped to visit Emily in Salmon Arm and Marilyn (an old cohousing friend) in White Rock. Emily and her beau Benton (See picture) just bought their first house in Salmon Arm.
