    ... and advice, but seriously, we were tired and just want to get to the apartment. So we set off with a map for the apartment in the rain. It was very busy with crowds heading to the Opera but we did get the most magnificent views of the cathedral as we walked past. So we get to the front door only to realise that the nice lady did not actually give us the key. Back I go leaving the other under the shelter of the veranda to collect the key. ...

    ... point or award travellers. This is not an expectation always, but if you indicate that you will do something, then make good on it. Overall, this hotel lacked in meeting Hyatt standards and making our stay in Cologne an enjoyable one. It was simply a hotel, no more, and the Hyatt in Dusseldorf would have been a much better choice. I would have saved the train ride and $25 Euro cab ride when leaving for the nearest airport with decent connections as ...
