I wake early before our set alarms go off. So determined not to miss the bus I set two alarms just in case. Thank goodness because Grant's fancy Kathmandu world clock/torch didn't end up going off. We lug our packs & gear downstairs to check out. Breakfast doesn't open until 7:30, we line up & I gobble down a baguette spread with Nutella as we watch out the window with anticipation for the arrival of the busabout bus. You can't miss when it pulls in across ...

That night we had dinner at the restaurant on site using our Busabout vouchers for a much needed discount. My meal was a massive plate of veal sausage, salad drowned in dressing and rosti which is just like a giant hashbrown that isn't ...

... decided to top this at the airport in Geneva. For some reason, no one returns their luggage carts and as a result they forfeit the 2chf paid to use the cart. Josh returned every single cart and made quite a bit of money doing so... Our stop in Geneva was a quick one. We picked up our rental car and had a picnic lunch by Lake Geneva. There is a 140m geyser in the middle of this lake fired out of the back of a boat with what must be a really powerful hose. ...

... car-free town. The views were amazing and I loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about the boys getting run over. We bought the boys some hats, took pictures of the view, and found a couple mountain churches. We didn't know if we were allowed in or not, but the door to one was unlocked, so we quickly peeked inside to take a picture. After that we found the funicular to take us even further up the mountain. We ...
