Dinsdag hangen we de vakantievierende tourist uit. We zijn nu aan het vakantie vieren, merken we. Het doel, Santiago bereiken zit er op. De drive om nu iedere dag zoveel mogelijk te fietsen is weg. We've had wonderful weather, and it continues warm and sunny, as we drive north through Picos to the coast. Encountered a Bike race, twice, and had to pull over to let it through and watch.

Well my exams are done and my only worry now is the hurricane that is apparently supposed to hit the states right along where I am flying into on Friday. Not that I can control the weather, but it still makes me nervous that I might be stuck in an airport in Spain for longer than I intended. We'll see I guess. ... I love hearing from my host mom how beautiful I am and how lovely my clothes are. I love coming home to homemade meals and my laundry done. I love that I keep my room clean here and make my bed every day (not that I can't do that at home, but I do have more stuff to take care of and less time to do it).
