They were really cool people. He told me he left Goa in India in 1960 and moved to England. Later I met his wife at the laundry. I admired her Indian clothes and said she looked beautiful. We stopped at the port of Corfu. The only way to really get around the island is to take an excursion. At least it was for us. We were going to see a Monastery in the village of Palaiokastritsa and to the village of Gastouri to visit the 19th century Achilleion Palace.
The places were very beautiful and again the excursions didn't disappoint ...

... our I Phones. This made it a bit difficult to climb around. After the cave we checked out a small uh on the highest peak around. The ramp to the top was a bit more than expected & when we got to the top the wind nearly blew us away. Nice views & chapel. Back to the resort for lunch then off the the Kapasa monastery. Great views & beaches on the way. Back to the resort & off to dinner ...
