    ... Here's another collage of the last month. We're heading to Aosta in the Italian Alps for 10 days then a couple of weeks in Val Ferret, Switzerland then loafing somewhere else in the mountains til the end of July.     ... and headed back to walk around town. The climb to the castle was pretty intense, after a beer, we both were ready to head out. Getting late and we still had to stop and pick up dinner. :-)

    Headed off to Heathrow airport in the morning and will be headed home on Sunday.

    I had no idea what would happen this summer. But today I leave for my largest adventure ever. I am so excited to have received the amazing opportunity of working in Guatemala for several months as a human rights observer.

    By chance, looking at the companies that attend my university's career fairs, I stumbled upon Peacewatch Switzerland, an NGO which sends international human rights observers ...

    ... Marienbrucke Bridge & waded through the throngs of tourists up there.  OMG ... it was a sea of selfie-sticks! After a brisk walk to Neuschwanstein (that 15min estimate is obviously for slow walkers), we made it to the castle with 5 min to spare!  Heaps of time!  The thing is that they allocate you a specific time for your tours but if you're not there, they don't wait for you & they won't refund you if you get it wrong ... ...
